Evidence, Accuracy and Speed are all crucial factors for the efficient issue and enforcement of a Trespass Notice. Hand written Notices are prone to operative’s errors due to inaccuracies or illegible hand writing.  Our mobile notice issuing system captures and records contraventions in a controlled manner, providing incontestable time stamped photographic evidence, accurate vehicle and contravention details sending the information to our office immediately to enable us to have access to the notice.

In some locations there is a requirement for our operatives to give instructions to vehicle drivers which are parking, stopping or waiting without authority.  Our operatives are trained and courteous in their approach are expected to confirm their identity and politely request the driver to move on, failure to adhere to their requests will result in a Trespass notice being issued    

Our Operatives can simply switch between locations they are allocated to work at. All other location related data required to issue a Trespass Notice is then automatically recorded against the Notice at the point of issue. Only enforceable contraventions can be selected based on site rules, client wishes and signage. These are defined on our system and sent to the handheld making it impossible for an operative to issue a Notice for a contravention which has not been authorised.
